GAWI Sister Circle: Wellness Workshop
Our Sister Circle provides our teens a safe space to reflect and connect with their peers, and to allow time for stillness. Our workshop will provide our students a chance to listen to their bodies as a very important practice of self awareness for mental and physical wellbeing. They will be given tips and tools to practice healthy movements that they can do on their own, even without a class.
Join us as Crystal Whiteaker brings her 15 years of creative, relational, and process-driven experience and licensed yoga teaching skills to our teens with introspection and movement.
Suggested Donation for this workshop is $10
